NQ-3 PQE Abuse Solicitor sought after by leading insurance firm (PI RETRAIN)
Your new company
Our client is a leading insurance firm with a strong presence in the North West. They are currently recruiting for NQ-3 PQE Abuse Solicitors/Lawyers. This role is open to personal injury solicitors with a keen interest in this field and strong pre-litigation and litigation experience. It is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office.
Your new role
This Abuse Solicitor role will see you assist senior team members in the running of their caseload of abuse and social care matters whilst handling your own reduced caseload under supervision. Claims may include, but are not limited to, care home claims, child sexual exploitation claims, institutional abuse, sports abuse and human rights claims. Files will be high-value, complex and sensitive in nature. Those re-training from a personal injury background will be given a high level of training to come up to speed.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with 0–3 years PQE. Previous experience of claimant or defendant abuse and/or social care work is not essential but is preferable. Those retraining must have a high-level of experience with pre-litigated and litigated personal injury claims. You must have a strong interest in the field of abuse and social care.
