Your new company

Hays are working with a local primary school in the Bridgewater area to help recruit for Year 1 & 2 Teaching job. This job will start in January and will run until the February half-term in 2025. You will be joining a supportive network of staff at this school and will work collaboratively to push children to reach their potential.

Your new role

This job role will see you take on full teaching responsibilities for this Year 1&2 joint class, so you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging effective lessons, as well as marking work, to meet the needs and the interests of your pupils. You will need to work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to ensure all children have access to the learning materials.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT’s and NQT’s are also welcome to apply.
