A small, dynamic managed IT services provider is seeking a versatile IT professional to join their team.

The company manages approximately 175 servers and over 1200 client endpoints, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and InTune. ☁️Role Overview:Remote Support & Management:

What will you do :

Provide remote support and manage existing infrastructure via phone and email. Hardware Deployment:
Build and deploy new client hardware, including desktops, laptops, switches, routers, servers, Wi-Fi hardware, and VOIP handsets. ️On-Site Support:
Spend approximately 10–15 hours per week on client sites, primarily in Greater Belfast and Co. Antrim. A clean driving licence and access to your own transport are required.

What you need :

Essential Requirements:Experience in a managed IT services environment ️Strong written and verbal communication skills ️✍️Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, and OneDrive Competency with Active Directory and Group Policy ️Experience with Remote Desktop Services and/or Windows Virtual Desktop ️Skills in installing Windows Server, configuring, and supporting Hyper-V Experience in Microsoft 365 migrations Knowledge of network switching, VLANs, DHCP, and firewalling Opportunities:Detailed training on the company's solution portfolio Exposure to a wide range of technologies Potential for salary increases based on progress and competencies Enthusiastic candidates with a keen interest in exploring new technologies and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
