This highly successful and growing businesses have an expanding customer base and are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accountant, number 2 to the Head of Finance, on a full time basis, based in Co. Tyrone.

Your new role
As Trainee Accountant, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to:
• Production of weekly management accounts to strict timelines
• Production of aspects of the periodic management accounts
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to support the wider business
• Support the forecast and budget process
• Support during audits (both statutory and internal audits)
• Support the hard close process and completion of balance sheet reconciliations as required
• Any other reports/information as requested by the Management Accountant to support the finance team/wider business

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to have:

• Accounting and Finance degree or similar;
• Minimum 1+ years experience working in an accounting environment
• Highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded;
• Ability to adapt to change in highly competitive, fast-paced environment;
• Excellent time management;
• Strong communication skills;
• Experience of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail;
