Event Administrator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and execution of events, as well as managing transportation logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Event coordination, organising times and dates for various events, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
- Communication, Email transport managers to coordinate and confirm transportation arrangements.
- Logistics Management, Organise and manage transport logistics to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements.
- Organisational Skills, Utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to handle scheduling, communication, and documentation tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
