The Role: We are seeking a versatile and dedicated General Cover Teacher's to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cover teaching across various subjects, ensuring that students continue to receive engaging and effective lessons during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in a range of subjects as required.
• Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines provided by absent teachers.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.
• Support the school's ethos and values, contributing to the overall development of students.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to teach various subjects as required.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends and technologies.
