Casualty Team Leader (Public Team) sought after by an insurance law firm
Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded insurance law firm. They are currently recruiting for a Casualty Team Leader to join their Public Sector department. Previous team-leading experience is beneficial and defendant casualty experience is essential.
Your new role
This Casualty Team Leader role will see you lead, mentor and develop a team of casualty fee earners. You will distribute work across the team dependent upon current capacity and ability. Monthly team and individual meetings to pass down information, gain feedback, discuss performance and set targets. You will deliver supervision to ensure all team/individual targets are achieved. Identifying and implementing affective training to help maintain ongoing development. You will manage client finances, controlling team costs, ensuring work is delivered profitably, and that cash flow is maximised.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience handling your own caseload of litigated casualty claims without supervision. This role is open to both qualified and nonqualified individuals. Previous team leader experience is beneficial. Experience working for public sector clients is also beneficial.
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for applicants with strong casualty fee earning experience looking to take the step into a team leader position.
