Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Asset and Lifecycle Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our client's assets, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with industry and our client's standards, including aligning with the strategic goals of Mitie and its clients. You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to build statutory requirements and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme. You should be IT literate for record keeping, and have good customer service skills.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have a background in asset lifecycle management, or similar, and have good knowledge of ISO55001 and knowledge of BSRIA and SFG20
.
