Senior Business System Analyst role, based in Northern Ireland

ROLE OVERVIEW
As Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s technological strategy, optimising complex business systems, and ensuring technology solutions align with organisational goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring robust data integrity, and supporting the growth of the company through continuous improvement of business systems.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of business systems and applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise workflows
  • Be able to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of business systems to meet evolving business needs
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and fostering professional development within the team
  • Be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
  • Have experience of analysing business systems and provide recommendations on improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within business systems
  • Lead user training to insure proper system adoption and utilisation
  • Serve as the main point of contact between IT, internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration on system requirements and solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience of working with enterprise-level business systems
  • Be familiar with data analytics tools and techniques
