Band / Grade for this role: Band 6
Location: North Central London
Annual Salary: £56,194 per annum
Essential criteria: 2 years of adult nursing, phlebotomy and vaccinations experience, good communication skills.

It is a leading organisation dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of their employees. They prioritise creating a safe and healthy work environment and are currently seeking a motivated Occupational Health Nurse to join the team.

Role Overview
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting employee health and safety initiatives. You will assess and manage workplace health risks, promote wellness programs, and provide health education to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.
  • Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs.
  • Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
  • Advise management on health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address workplace health issues.
  • Educate employees on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • 2 years of adult nursing, phlebotomy and vaccinations experience.
  • Experience in occupational health, public health, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
