Your new role

They are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering the KS2 curriculum and preparing students for their SATs. This role is crucial in ensuring the students achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities include-

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students preparing for SATs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in their three-form entry school.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
