Your new role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager - Indirects to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that align with our company's goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories, including IT, marketing, facilities, and professional services.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support throughout the procurement process.
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ideally, CIPS/ MCIPS
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
