Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit senior to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in audit, preferably within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient at using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
