Your New Company:
Hays Technology are recruiting a service desk analyst to join a large a growing organisation on a rolling contract basis.

Your New Role:
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and solutions in the service desk system.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of user guides and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
