Jr. DevOps Consultant - Remote, £45K DOE, Multi-cloud Consultancy

Responsibilities:
- Automate processes using DevOps capabilities.
- Develop and update in-house toolsets with various programming languages.
- Conduct DevOps maturity assessments for clients.
- Automate test packs for internal and external products and teams.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Identify business opportunities within client accounts.
- Prepare and participate in client presentations.
- Innovate and improve internal processes.
- Update and document company processes.
- Enhance intellectual property to improve existing processes.

Experience and Abilities:
- Background in computer science or related field.
- Experience with DevOps or development teams.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerisation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure setup using tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with front-end and back-end development languages (e.g., Angular, Python, C#).
- Basic to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and approachable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technical tools and seek feedback for growth.

Qualifications:
- 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in Computing, Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a 2.1 degree in any discipline with demonstrated aptitude for technology through work experience.
