Loans & Savings / Financial Administrator
35 hours, 5 Days a Week.

Supporting a busy finance administration team, you will be dealing with incoming communications (mail, electronic mail and telephone enquiries) with diplomacy, tact and discretion; drafting responses and taking other appropriate follow-up action as required.
Key duties of this role are to deal with incoming applications for loans, savings and other financial services of this membership organisation.
You will be reviewing financial information on applications and helping to set up new applications and ensure applications are accurate and comply with financial regulations.
Daily duties will be setting up new direct debits, running credit checks and adhering to banking protocols.
Previous experience in this area is essential.
You will be an excellent communicator and able to communicate at all levels.
This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally, someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.
Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing general administrative support across the department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced administrator that has previously worked within the banking/ loans sector. This is a very varied administrative role. Therefore, you will be required to be both flexible and adaptable.
The role is temporary, and the working hours are 35 per week from 0830 to 1600. Free parking onsite.
Previous financial administration experience is essential, along with a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
