Hays HR are recruiting a Reward Manager for a dynamic and innovative company in Leeds who believe in recognising and rewarding their employees' contributions to drive engagement and performance.

Job Summary: The Reward Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role involves managing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and effective in attracting and retaining talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.

• Design and manage incentive programs to drive performance and engagement.

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

• Analyse and report on reward program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

• Manage the annual salary review process and bonus schemes.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on reward-related matters.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reward management.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in reward management, compensation, and benefits.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
