Talent Acquisition Partner, 6-month position with possible extension, immediate start available

Your new role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will include: building robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, enhancing the visibility of the Recruitment Team through proactive engagement. You will create and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside the team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at the company. Develop and deliver presentations, offering insights into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting. You will work closely with hiring managers to create detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy. In your role as Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights and implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and drive candidate generation.


What you'll need to succeed
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a recruitment role where you have managed high-volume campaigns for both permanent and contract roles. You will have the ability to effectively liaise with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach. Possess strong reasoning, reporting, and organisational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities. A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions. You will have experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands.
