Exciting role for a technician/ coordinator to get some experience and step up into a management role
Your new company
It is an award-winning building services consultancy which provides mechanical, electrical and public health design solutions with a particular focus on sustainability. This practice boasts a comprehensive project portfolio of landmark projects, including commercial, residential and education projects. Due to some key project wins, they are now looking to expand the BIM team.
You will manage the London BIM for them and liaise with the Oxford team on templates etc. You will generally manage the models coming in on projects and prepare for the MEP Engineers (BIM) team to work on. You will then review their work and upload etc. You will assist on specific projects including co-ordination, and you will have the option to improve your MEP Engineering skills. There is a good chance to develop into a management role very quickly.
To succeed in the role, you will have a minimum of three years' UK Revit/ BIM experience within an M&E consultancy and be able to work from the London office 3 days per week. You must be able to maintain and enforce systems and manage BIM models on projects as well as experience with MEP coordination across numerous projects at once.
