EXCITING NEW SALES ROLES!!
I have recently registered 10 x Community Sales Executives for a broadband provider who are delivering gigabit speed broadband to rural communities in the North.
Your new role
To engage at a community level through friendly conversations and being physically present, generating interest in the company’s services. Generating warm leads for the Sales team to contact and closing hot leads on the door. Representing and promoting the company’s brand and associated values. When a new area is being built and is due to go live, the community champions will be present at both events to help educate and complete door-to-door engagement.
Operational hours - Fully Flexible 37.5hrs per week - potential for evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities: Knowledge / Skills / Experience Behaviours
- Being physically present in the communities we serve, driving sales in the field – existing customer upgrades and new customer acquisition.
- Representing and promoting the company brand and associated values in the communities we serve
- Helping communities come on the buying journey and see the value in the company.
- Understanding customer needs effectively.
- Promoting relevant product sets
- Understanding of Project Gigabit and DCMS Voucher Scheme
- Updating core systems with quality information, including customer feedback
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services
- Answering customer queries satisfactorily, to create confidence in the order being placed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident individual who loves speaking with people
- Personable, open, and friendly
- Can do attitude.
- Loves working as part of a team and the feeling of achievement.
- Experience of dealing with the public/ potential customers
- Ability to learn about products and services and articulate key benefits to prospects and customers.
- Ideally able to use a tablet/ iPad
