Lead Practitioner - English, The Oldershaw School, April 2025

Oldershaw school is an 11-19 co-educational comprehensive situated in the borough of Wirral, which is an easy commute from Liverpool and Chester. We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, innovative and highly motivated Lead Practitioner for English who wants to make a tangible difference to our students and staff. We will expect you to make a difference through highly effective teaching and the ability to support staff to improve their practice further. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of staff and students. You will be a passionate about the students’ learning and development and will relentlessly pursue excellence whilst providing high levels of challenge and support.
