Your new school:
This Bristol primary school is in search of a hard-working Teaching Assistant with experience working with EYFS children to join their team as soon as possible. Working five days a week. This role is extremely fast-paced and challenging. However, it is also rewarding as you see how the children learn and grow under your guidance. In this BS29 school, you will be working in various outstanding settings and alongside your class teacher and extensive school staff. This school is in BS29 with public transport available and a car park on the site of the school.
Your new role:
With this EYFS Teaching Assistant role in BS29, you will be supporting the entirety of this EYFS class as they go through the first steps of learning. Your role will involve play-based learning, assisting the teacher in the development of these children, toilet trips and personal care. There will be a focus on the children learning numbers and letters in this classroom as this will be the first time these children are learning in a classroom setting.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
- Teaching Assistant experience within the last two years
- Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position
- Previous experience with EYFS children is desirable
- An enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable.
