Experienced Repairs Administrator Needed - ASAP Start

A successful engineering construction/engineering company, growing steadily, they are a leading specialist working across both the private and public sectors.

Your new role

The administrator role will see you supporting engineers and operatives that are on site. You will check portals for incoming jobs, update job spreadsheets, obtain certificates from operatives, check updates and maintenance work that has been completed, order parts for operatives, update clients on the status of work carried out and work directly with end-user clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience working in a similar role, coordinating work to be carried out by engineers and dealing directly with end-users. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must.
