Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit an experienced Organisational Development Lead. This role is pivotal in driving organisational transformation and ensuring the council's workforce is agile and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation Design: Apply deep, specialised knowledge in organisation-wide design, including EDI impact assessments and culture assessment delivery. Demonstrate a clear understanding of organisational design principles with specific instances of measurable impacts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic organisational structures and transformations to create an agile and effective workforce.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with diverse audiences, showing enthusiasm and confidence. Influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Board.

    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in organisation-wide organisation design.
  • Practical experience with EDI impact assessments and culture assessment delivery.
  • Ability to think strategically about organisational structures and transformations.
  • Demonstrated the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
