Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit an experienced Organisational Development Lead. This role is pivotal in driving organisational transformation and ensuring the council's workforce is agile and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Organisation Design: Apply deep, specialised knowledge in organisation-wide design, including EDI impact assessments and culture assessment delivery. Demonstrate a clear understanding of organisational design principles with specific instances of measurable impacts.
Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic organisational structures and transformations to create an agile and effective workforce.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with diverse audiences, showing enthusiasm and confidence. Influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Board.

Requirements:
Proven experience in organisation-wide organisation design.
Practical experience with EDI impact assessments and culture assessment delivery.
Ability to think strategically about organisational structures and transformations.
Demonstrated the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
