Your new role

This is a new part-time HR Advisor role to joining an expanding team; you will be working remotely but forming part of a larger 10+ person team supporting 1300 employees UK wide. This is an operation HR/ER position where you will be a trusted advisor supporting operational leads; this is a busy and varied job. Duties include but not limited to:

• Coaching and supporting line managers
• Delivering expert HR advice on employment laws, contracts, recruitment, performance management etc.
• Ensuring compliance within legal and regulatory frameworks
• Developing and streamlining processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• Excel skills
• CIPD qualifications such as CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
• Flexibility to travel as required and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle
