Level 3 Early Year Practitioner in Walsall, Starting in March.

This primary school is such an integral part of the local community. Their pupils come from a range of rich and diverse backgrounds, and many are dual language speakers. They are a very friendly and nurturing school and have pride in knowing and supporting their pupils very well.


Your new role

The role is working with children aged 3–4 years. You will be supporting colleagues and working as a team to provide a homely, stable, and stimulating environment for all children. You will also be helping to develop the children’s learning and abilities through phonics sessions and monitoring their progress.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children, including those with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering engaging activities.
