Your new role
As part of the department's continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer at NQ to 3 pqe to join a good sized team that acts on a broad range of corporate work with a particular focus on M&A. The client base includes a range of corporates as well as SMEs and OMBs. The structure of the team will provide you with plenty of support and training.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. You will have gained a good grounding in corporate and possess well rounded communication skills.
