Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining strict quality control. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage site documentation, and address any issues or delays that arise. This role will involve UK travel, so it will be an expectation of the successful applicant.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must hold relevant tickets associated with being on site, such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS. Previous experience in a similar capacity, particularly with internal fit outs in the retail, commercial, or leisure sectors will be ideal. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded, is also required.
