Your new role

As the Delivery Planning Lead, you will be accountable for leading and owning the delivery planning across the company's UK transformation programme. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the global delivery framework. You will support the PMO Lead and Release Leads in optimising delivery through resource planning and scheduling, and you will play a crucial role in consolidating multiple plans into one integrated programme plan.

What you'll need to succeed

• In-depth experience in programme and project planning, particularly in large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Scheduler.
• Strong skills in resource allocation, scheduling, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• A strong track record of delivering in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
