Engineering organisation looking to recruit a Procurement Sourcing Manager to join their business

Your new role

  • Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies

  • Supplier sourcing and risk mitigation

  • Managing supplier performance and developing relationships

  • Proactively identifying cost down initiatives


What you'll need to succeed

  • Procurement sourcing experience within Complex Manufacturing / Engineering sectors

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with proven track record of cost savings

  • Stakeholder management skills is crucial

  • Proactive, positive “can do” attitude
