Engineering organisation looking to recruit a Procurement Sourcing Manager to join their business

Your new role

Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies
Supplier sourcing and risk mitigation
Managing supplier performance and developing relationships
Proactively identifying cost down initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

Procurement sourcing experience within Complex Manufacturing / Engineering sectors
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with proven track record of cost savings
Stakeholder management skills is crucial
Proactive, positive “can do” attitude
