- Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls from businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts.
- Handling difficult conversations remaining sensitive and professional at all times.
- Keeping systems up to date and accurate at all times as per the conversations had.
- Following strict processes and guidelines regarding debt collection.
- Striving to achieve targets individual and as a team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a call centre or credit control type role is essential.
- Great communication skills both verbally and written.
- The ability to strive towards targets – earning more money based on your achievements.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and databases.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
