Your new role
A qualified NVQ Level 2 Plasterer is needed to join a housing association. The ideal candidate is a plasterer experienced in the building trade or a multi-skilled plasterer.
As you will be working within the customer’s homes, this role requires a DBS check. This can be obtained before starting.

Salary: Up to £34,736 per annum + benefits
Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Working on void properties, ensuring all plastering tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting deadlines.
- Tasks could include patching, skimming, painting and boarding.
- Carrying out other associated trade skills of basic tiling, decorating and minor carpentry repairs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers.
- There is also the opportunity to be on the out of hours rota as required.
- NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent (City and Guilds) in Plastering
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of delivering multi-trade work
- Good IT Skills, able to use a tablet with training to access delegated tasks.
- Experienced using a PDA
- Live in/ around the South Leicestershire area.
