Your new company

I am working with a very exciting organisation to recruit a Senior People Partner on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to help my client scope the direction as they prepare for a business-wide change program.

Your new role

This is a business critical and strategic role where you will need strong stakeholder management. You will be working with the SLT to provide sound advice and support when needed.

About the Role
  • You will partner with key business functions (such as communications and legal) to ensure seamless change management.
  • Develop and apply clear, actionable plans as information evolves.
  • Supporting and advising on ER issues, policy development, and broader people-related matters.
  • Managing complex change processes, including TUPE and negotiation with employee representatives. Support consultations when needed.
  • Managing the communication of change initiatives with sensitivity and consideration, recognising and addressing a range of stakeholder responses.
  • You will have the ability to provide pragmatic, risk-assessed solutions in a demanding environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Considerable experience in change management, including consultations, TUPE, and negotiation.
  • A background in overseeing large-scale people projects and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Thorough planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
