• Own and lead social media and communications strategy across all platforms, from ideation to execution.
• Create, curate, and manage high quality, consistent, and engaging content – text, images, infographics, video’s, reels, podcasts etc.
• Campaign management - plan and execute social media campaigns, from concept to post-campaign analysis.
• Brand consistency - ensure all content aligns with guidelines and tone of voice.
• Community management – engage directly with followers, responding to comments, messages and building a community for external (primarly Instagram) and internal global platforms.
• Analytics and reporting - regularly analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance against key objectives.
• Keeping up to date with market developments and products.
• Identify, collaborate with and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely promotions.
• Activate global events and exhibitions

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years proven experience as a social media and communciations manager or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Budget management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to generate and execute ideas.
