Your new company

A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).

Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.

£31,800 salary

Van and fuel card included

Your new role

Social housing occupied properties around Lincolnshire

Joinery works (kitchen fitting, doors, skirtings & architraves etc.)

Basic multiskilled work as and when required

Working to decrease the repairs backlog and complete all new repairs requests for tenants.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideal qualifications include: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (will consider time-served)

Full UK driving license

Be able to pass a DBS check

Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
