To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 12 months of relevant experience in insolvency law, along with a strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, proficiency in legal research and document drafting, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.
