Motor Fraud Associate sought after by leading insurance law firm
Your new company
Our client is an award-winning insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are recruiting 2 Motor Fraud Associates to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid working basis.
Your new role
These Motor Fraud Associate roles will see you handle your own caseload of motor fraud and complex credit hire claims on behalf of a number of well-regarded insurer clients. All files will be handled from inception to conclusion and will include instructing investigators, posing Part 35 questions, instructing counsel and making Part 36 offers.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, however, those qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply. You must have previous motor fraud experience, preferable within a defendant firm. Previous credit hire experience is also required.
