Lawyers with strong expertise in road transport and regulatory law issues such as passenger transport and road haulage, plus drivers and operators facing prosecution would be very much of interest.

This strategic appointment is essential to add to the expertise within an already highly regarded department. Suitable candidates will be at Senior Associate/Legal Director or even Partner level. Hybrid working and a bespoke approach for the right candidate. Suitable senior lawyers will currently be working at a Legal 500 commercial law firm or in the relevant in-house space.
