Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit a Senior Network Change Officer on an interim basis for 12 months. This role involves recording and maintaining changes to highway maintenance costs and liabilities in accordance with highway maintenance contracts, service level agreements, and council policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording and Maintenance:
Ensure compliance with highway maintenance contracts, service level agreements, and council policy. Record and maintain changes to highway maintenance costs and liabilities.
Project Collaboration:
Obtain necessary information to transfer maintenance liability for highway assets.
Record and maintain changes to highway maintenance costs and liabilities.
Asset Inventory Management:
Implement processes to plan, record, and understand the consequences of changes to the Project Network.
Liaison with Service Providers:
Ensure clear instructions from authorised decision-makers within the council
Skills
Proven experience in highway maintenance and asset management would be a benefit.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
