Multi-Trade Operative| Kettering, Northamptonshire| Up to £26 p/hr + Company Van

Your new role: Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Northamptonshire (working on void properties, social housing)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime optional when needed)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a core trade and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen fitting
Installing doors and skirting boards
Performing various minor works as required, leaking taps, silconing bathrooms, etc

Requirements:

Preferably a multi-skilled joiner, but strong multi-trade operatives in any bias are welcome
Level 2 qualification/ City & Guilds in a core trade is mandatory
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Experience working on void properties in a social housing context is a plus.

Payment Types:

PAYE or Umbrella
We do not pay CIS
