You will be working for one of the UK’s leading commercial real estate firms, with offices in well over 30 countries and thousands of commercial properties under their umbrella.

Your new role

As a member of the FM procurement team, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver a variety of hard and soft fm services. You will be responsible for leading e2e procurement projects, from market research and RFx through to negotiations and supplier management. You will work closely with the Head of Procurement and Senior Category Manager to develop and implement category strategies to improve the service and cost-effectiveness of the category.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have extensive knowledge of the FM category, with an in-depth understanding of Hard FM services. You should have experience working within a large matrix organisation and be able to effectively engage and influence both operational and head office stakeholders. You should have experience of managing and developing teams. You should be able to commit to weekly travel to client sites across Greater London to help understand client needs and deliver solutions.
