Customer Service Support - REMOTE

Your new company

A fast-growing fintech startup based in London are growing their customer support team. I am supporting them the recruitment of customer support executives. These roles are on a 3 month temp basis with the possibility of extension. You must be available to start immediately (now or within the next 2 weeks). This role will be remote however you will need to access the London office as and when required.


Your new role

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Engage with existing and prospective customers via our online chat and email to resolve their enquiries.

  • Collaborate with the Operations and Compliance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Acquire knowledge of key operational tasks to assist the Pensions and Customer Operations teams as needed.

  • Contribute to a dynamic and enthusiastic team by sharing your insights and experiences.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Degree holder or possess relevant work experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
