We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, including some international payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Duties include
  • Manage and process payroll for UK and international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including those in select international locations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related enquiries and issues from employees and management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

You will have;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with some experience in international payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Exposure to dealing with multiple outsourced providers
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel - vlookups and pivot tables
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPP qualified
