Your new role

As a Finishing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and within the specified deadlines. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the finishing trades, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties:

Supervise and Coordinate Finishing Trades.
Ensure Safety and Quality Standards.
Manage Schedules and Coordination
Ensure adequate materials and resources available for successful project completion.
Conduct Regular Site Inspections.
Liaise with clients and senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must hold valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You should have a proven track record in a similar role within the construction industry, with extensive experience in managing finishing trades. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be leading teams and liaising with various stakeholders. Additionally, a keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality.
