This SME manufacturing company is over 40 years old and is now looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team and lead them through continued growth.

Your new role

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPIs to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage the annual audit/accounts process and liaise with external auditors.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and accuracy.
• Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Oversee working capital management, including credit control, supplier payments, and inventory financing.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar position

• Experience working within Manufacturing or Distribution

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualification
