Your new role
As a supply teacher with Hays Education, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools throughout Wigan. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the continuity of education for students, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and fostering the learning and development of young minds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the national curriculum.
- Adaptability: Seamlessly adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress and well-being.
- Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with school staff.
