About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team, providing essential maintenance and repair services for social housing properties in Nottinghamshire. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure properties are safe and well-maintained.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete larger projects as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong skill set in general maintenance and repairs.
Own tools preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driving licence.
