Your new company
Our client, based in Sheffield, requires a NVQ level 2 plumber to perform maintenance work for £16.26 per hour PAYE premium (£14.51 basic) or £19.07 per hour Umbrella.
Your new role
Your role is key to ensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics of the properties.
You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents.
Jobs will include minor repairs such as faulty taps, showers, and toilets, as well as fixing leaks or faults within the pipework.
Experience with disabled modifications such as wet rooms, as well as tiling, splashbacks and sanitary work is recommended but not required.
This role is due to begin immediately and run into the new year with 37 hours a week. Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have an NVQ level 2 and experience working within domestic properties. You will also require a full clean driving licence as well as own hand tools.
What you'll get in return
You will be provided with a van and fuel to use during work hours, as well as power tools. You must be able to collect/return from the city centre depot, where uniform will also be provided. Weekly pay.
