This Reading-based client is looking for a Head of Finance to join their growing finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 2 direct reports (Qualified Accountants) and will oversee and reconcile accounts from 12 entities.
Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Improving systems
• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Cashflow management
• Support with Acquisitions

This role will suit someone who may have an SME background and is used to pulling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the finance function as a whole and has some experience working with multiple entities. This business is currently implementing new PO systems and making acquisitions, so you would get some great exposure to the Head Of Finance scope.
