Customer Account Manager - Home Improvement - Farnborough - £35-40k
Your new company
You will be working for a specialist home improvement company based in Farnborough who offer design, planning and build services for residential properties.
Your new role
In the role, you will be taking customers through the process of a loft conversion from design through to completion. You will be the customer's main point of contact and will be dealing with questions and queries from them. You will also be working with design and build teams to ensure they are delivering to the customers' requirements.
You will need a driving licence for site visits. Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Other tasks will include:
Keeping in frequent communication with our design team
Assisting customers with obtaining signed party wall documents & making heating system arrangements
Chasing up council planning applications frequently
Arranging site set up of projects
Ordering materials/windows and assisting our loft fitters day to day
Keeping in regular contact with customers, tradesmen and building control
Efficiently dealing with on-site issues
Keeping customers updated throughout the process of their loft conversion
Preparing completion packs
Assist with administrative tasks as needed and general office duties

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate and deal with queries from customers and in-house teams.You will be able to deal with customer complaints and resolve these.
Any experience within the building industry is desirable.
What you'll get in return
£35-45k Depending on Experience
